License Agreement

Usage rights and restrictions for our premium solutions

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase of any product from JustAddWater.dev, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased solution in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the solution in your personal and commercial projects
  • Modify and customize the code to suit your specific needs
  • Integrate the solution into larger applications or systems
  • Use the solution in multiple projects owned by you or your organization
  • Create derivative works based on the original solution

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the solution with others
  • Publish or make the solution publicly available
  • Use the solution to create competing products or services
  • Remove or modify copyright notices and attribution
  • Transfer your license to another party
  • Reverse engineer the solution for competitive purposes
  • Use the solution in a way that violates any applicable laws

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the solutions remain the exclusive property of JustAddWater.dev. This license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

5. Single User License

Each license is valid for a single user or organization. If multiple developers within your organization need access to the solution, you must purchase additional licenses.

6. Source Code Access

Purchasing a solution grants you access to the source code and documentation. You may modify the code as needed for your projects, but you must retain all original copyright notices.

7. Updates and Support

Your license includes:

  • Access to bug fixes and minor updates for 12 months
  • Basic technical support via our support channels
  • Access to documentation and implementation guides

Major version updates may require additional purchase.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOLUTION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JustAddWater.dev be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the solution.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the solution and destroy all copies.

11. Compliance and Auditing

JustAddWater.dev reserves the right to audit your use of the solution to ensure compliance with this license agreement. You agree to cooperate with any such audit.

12. Governing Law

This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Entire Agreement

This license agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and JustAddWater.dev regarding the use of the solution and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

14. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
